Nobody wants to talk about self-destruction in a real way; why people actually cut, starve or drug themselves, what it feels like, and why is it so socially acceptable to self-destruct.

Based on the essays in her newest collection, Live Through This: The Art of Self-Destruction, editor, playwright, and spoken word artist Sabrina Chapadjiev will be leading a workshop on ways to channel self-destructive behaviors into creative outlets, using themes inherent in the act of destruction to bring original creative work into fruition.
