Self-Defense & Personal Safety
Realistic safety training gives students skills to respond to threatening situations
Wednesday, May 30 @ 6:00PM
IMPACT'S nationally renowned self-defense training program will teach you how to protect yourself against threats, intimidation and violence perpetrated by strangers and people you know. Students learn self-defense skills by fighting full-force against a padded assailant. Classes are taught in an emotionally supportive environment and instructors are sensitive to the effects of trauma and abuse. Research on IMPACT graduates shows that the training increases confidence in all areas of life, not just self-defense.
Class is held on 5 Consecutive Wednesdays starting May 30 from 6 - 10 pm.
Interest-free payment plans and Victim's compensation for those who qualify.
Limited scholarships available.
